Resting in Jesus

In returning and rest you shall be saved;

In quietness and confidence shall be your strength.

Isaiah 30:15

 

Father in heaven, we return to You and rest confidently in all that Jesus has done for us, is doing for us, and will do for us.

We praise and worship You for Your great mercy and goodness in forgiving our sins and redeeming us from the hand of the enemy through the blood of Jesus.

Thank You that You have blessed us with every spiritual blessing in Him.

Thank you that You have chosen us in Him even before the world began, adopting us as Your sons and daughters.

Thank You that in Him we stand before You holy and without blame, accepted and complete.

Thank You that You will continue this work in us until Jesus returns.

Being confident of this very thing, that He who has begun a good work in you will complete it until the day of Jesus Christ. Philippians 1:6
